Reminders

-This is the last week for homework & the Kindergarten curriculum: Go Math, Writer’s & Reader’s Workshop and Fundations. The remainder of the school year we will review all of the skills learned throughout the year and have some beach themed FUN! Please continue to review all skills at home!

-It is extremely important to have your child continue to write/read over the summer to maintain & improve their writing/reading skills so they will be ready for the new challenges of first grade.

-Please remember that summer time can be productive as well as fun.  There are wonderful summer activity books available at a variety of stores, so I encourage you to purchase one for your child (have them do a couple of pages a day Monday through Friday) to ensure no loss over the summer. You can also visit the public library for reading and/or literacy activities.

-It was a pleasure working with your children. I’m going to miss them! I wish everyone a happy and safe summer!
